LITSLINK is looking for a Trainee AI/ML Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to grow through real projects, mentorship, and hands-on experience. You will work alongside experienced engineers, explore modern AI technologies, participate in AI-driven initiatives, and contribute to internal and client projects involving Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, and automation. What You’ll Do
Assist in building and improving AI-powered solutions.
Work with datasets, model evaluation, and experimentation.
Support development of applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
Learn how to integrate AI models into real products and business workflows.
Participate in AI research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development.
Collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and mentors.
Explore and apply modern AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of Deep Learning concepts and neural networks.
Experience with Python.
Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar.
Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of Computer Vision and/or NLP.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn.
Intermediate+ English.
Nice to Have
Personal AI/ML projects.
Experience with Hugging Face.
Experience building AI agents, RAG systems, or AI automations.
Kaggle participation, hackathons, or research activities.
Familiarity with Git.
