Audit & Redesign: Conduct an independent audit and overhaul "under the hood" 15–20 existing bonus programs, evaluating their real impact on P&L and business margins.
Incentive Design: Hands-on design and end-to-end implementation of flexible performance-based (KPI/OKR) bonus structures with monthly payout cycles.
Financial Modeling & Excel: Build dynamic calculation models, connect data from multiple sources, and identify calculation/financial risks.
Business Partnership: Defend new incentive models in front of Department Heads and C-Level executives, serving as an expert advisor on payout budget efficiency.
Performance & Compensation Frameworks: Balance fixed vs. variable pay splits in collaboration with our Grading/Salary Framework Specialist.

2+ years of experience as a C&B Specialist, People Ops Manager, Financial Analyst, FP&A, or Commercial Controller within IT, iGaming, E-commerce, Telecom, or Affiliate industries.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Hard Level): Complex formulas, arrays, financial modeling, and handling large datasets.
Business Acumen: Understanding of Unit Economics, P&L, and the direct link between bonus payouts and company profitability.
Communication & Autonomy: Ability to clearly defend your point of view to top management, showing flexibility to solve business challenges.

Understanding of media buying metrics (ROI, ROAS, media buyer profitability) or high-volume operational teams (e.g., Contact Centers).
Hands-on experience building salary structures, grading, or FOT (Payroll) budgeting from scratch.
