- Search for relevant Telegram channels for advertising placements;
- Communicate and negotiate directly with channel owners and publishers;
- Plan, launch, and manage Telegram seeding campaigns;
- Track and analyze placement performance;
- Optimize traffic acquisition based on results;

- Hands-on experience buying advertising directly in Telegram channels;
- Good understanding of Telegram traffic acquisition and channel seeding;
- Experience working with CIS GEOs;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate advertising performance;
- Experience testing and scaling traffic sources;

- Experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate Marketing;
- Experience growing or managing your own Telegram channels;
