- AI & Technology Strategy
- Define, own, and continuously evolve Sprinterra’s overall Technology and AI strategy at the company level
- Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to transition from traditional delivery models to AI Agents, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent automation
- Establish and govern a long-term AI transformation roadmap fully aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market positioning
- Advise and report to the Management Board on technology vision, investment priorities, progress, risks, and measurable outcomes
