Що робити
- Document business and technical requirements for existing and new product functionality
- Analyse, clarify and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT team
- Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation and technical guides
- Maintain and continuously improve internal product documentation
- Collaborate closely with Product, IT and Stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or in a similar role within a fintech environment: EMI, PSPs, Banks or SaaS companies
- Proven experience analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organise complex information into clear, structured documentation
- Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with API documentation and testing tools
Що пропонуємо
