Що робити
- Oversee the people management, project management, coordination, and production of website design and development, including theme and/or child theme customization and/or development.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap of web design and development.
- Oversee the design and development of plugins and other technical products for landing pages, microsites, and other WordPress-related remote management tools and products.
- Ensuring the incorporation of all necessary HTML and CSS into WordPress themes, templates, and additional PHP and HTML pages.
- Project management capability to manage multiple projects at a time as well as leading and directing communications with a diverse group of stakeholders, team members, and service providers.
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing and building with WordPress.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of web developers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with clients, developing and managing client expectations, and delivering excellent client experiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating and deploying WordPress plugins in a production environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL).
