- Translate high-level product and business requirements into clear technical solutions
- Mentor developers and support their technical and professional development
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Proven experience designing and implementing backend architecture for complex applications
- Experience building scalable, high-load, or high-throughput systems
Що пропонуємо
- Experience working on Healthcare products
- Experience working with Redis or similar caching and data-processing technologies
- Experience building AI-powered products, automation platforms, or agent-based systems
- Experience designing distributed systems using Python
