Lead the Mobile Strategy: Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality native iOS and Android applications as the primary technical owner.
Architectural Ownership: Define the mobile architecture from scratch, choosing the patterns, frameworks, and tooling for both platforms.
Cross-functional Interface: Act as the technical bridge between mobile development and stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, Backend/DevOps, and Business Owners.
Project Management: Break down product requirements into technical tasks, provide accurate estimates, and drive sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Future Mentorship: Prepare to mentor and guide future senior and mid-level hires, conducting code reviews and fostering technical growth as the team expands.

Experience: 5+ years of overall software development experience, with a focus specifically on native iOS and Android development.
Technical Stack: Strong professional proficiency in Swift & Objective-C (iOS) and/or Kotlin & Java (Android), including expertise in modern architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, etc.).
Testing & Quality: Proven experience with unit, integration, and UI testing using tools like XCTest, Quick/Nimble, Espresso, or similar.
DevOps & Tooling: Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, Fastlane) and monitoring/logging tools.
Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
