Що робити

  • Development, support, and maintenance of the VoIP infrastructure;
  • Planning and expansion of VoIP infrastructure;
  • Ensuring stable operation of VoIP infrastructure and other systems(CRM, etc);
  • Improving current and implementing new VoIP infrastructure automation processes;
  • Active involvement in the development of speech recognition systems and automated customer calling systems

Що очікуємо

  • At least 2 years of managing a team of 4+ people;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Flexible mindset, business goals orientation;
  • Ability to effectively organize the process in stressful situations;
  • Ability to utilize delivery metrics to improve team predictability and efficiency;
