- Develop and implement the overall product strategy in line with business goals.

- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with Development, Analytics, CRM, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Identify new growth opportunities for the product and develop hypotheses to validate them.

- Proven experience managing a product team.
- Previous experience as a Product Lead, Team Lead Product, or Senior Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, product metrics, and hypothesis-driven product development.
