- Managing and mentoring a team.
- Maintaining and improving existing codebase.
- Designing and developing new features and modernizing older parts of the system.
- Collaborating with other teams (DevOps, QA, Front End and other Tech Leads).
Що очікуємо
- 2+ year of experience in a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
- 5+ years of total development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Go.
- 2+ years of experience with C++ (preferably).
- Experience with high-load systems and performance optimization.
