Що робити
- Build and lead the affiliate team (affiliate managers, traffic specialists), set clear KPIs, and ensure consistent performance;
- Develop and scale partnerships with affiliates, networks, Telegram communities, and Web3-native traffic sources;
- Optimize affiliate campaigns using data and analytics (CPI, CPA, ROI);
- Launch and manage in-house affiliate programs and offer tracking infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Postback, etc.);
- Monitor affiliate compliance and fraud risks;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably crypto/iGaming verticals);
- Experience building affiliate programs or departments from scratch;
- Strong understanding of tracking tools and affiliate infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Everflow);
- Team leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior specialists;
- Excellent English communication skills (Advanced+);
