Що робити
- Coordinate operational activities throughout the product lifecycle, from product introduction through production and ongoing support
- Ensure operational readiness for new product launches, product updates, and customer-specific configurations
- Serve as an operational point of contact for customers regarding product changes, configuration questions, and implementation planning
- Coordinate implementation of product improvements and operational changes across departments
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs related to product delivery, customer requests, documentation status, and improvement initiatives
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Project/Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related role
- Experience working with complex hardware products and understanding of the hardware product lifecycle
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Customer Support
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization, dependency management, risk tracking, and execution follow-through
