How you can specifically impact the company’s development: Tax Strategy & Structuring • develop and maintain the Group’s tax strategy in line with business goals, corporate structure, and international expansion plans • advise the CFO and senior leadership on tax implications of strategic initiatives, new markets, new products, corporate transactions, and operating models • support tax structuring for the Group, including intercompany arrangements, cross-border flows, transfer pricing, and operating company setup • identify tax optimization opportunities while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations • assess tax risks related to new business initiatives and propose practical mitigation options
Tax Compliance & Reporting • ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and filing across relevant jurisdictions • coordinate preparation and submission of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, payroll-related tax, and other applicable tax returns • monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the Group’s operations • maintain proper documentation to support tax positions, intercompany transactions, and regulatory requirements • ensure readiness for tax audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries International Tax & Transfer Pricing • manage transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany agreements • support the development of tax-efficient and compliant models for international operations • work with external advisors in foreign jurisdictions to ensure local tax compliance and proper structuring • assess permanent establishment, withholding tax, VAT/GST, and substance-related risks in new and existing markets
Business Partnership • act as the key tax advisor to Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams • provide tax input for contracts, partnerships, vendor/client models, market launches, and new revenue streams • translate complex tax matters into clear business recommendations • build internal processes that allow the business to receive timely tax advice without slowing down execution
