- Sourcing passive candidates: LinkedIn, Google X-ray, ATS, HeadHunter and other tools
- Developing a sourcing strategy for specific executive roles together with recruiters
- Outreach across different channels and bringing candidates to initial contact
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future needs
- Working with the internal database: reviewing applicants from the corporate job site and other sources, keeping information up to date
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role
- Experience with executive vacancies
- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles, the recruitment process and job market trends
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, within a large team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Attention to detail, strong communication and time-management skills
