- Source IT candidates across various technical domains
- Understand technical roles and hiring requirements
- Work with a large number of open vacancies simultaneously
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial outreach and communication with candidates in English
Що очікуємо
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience working with multiple vacancies at the same time
- Good written and spoken English(B1 or B2)
- Experience with Slack and Trello
- Fast response time and high availability during working hours
