- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles in Serbia.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the Serbian IT market.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring developers and other technical professionals.
- Excellent knowledge of the Serbian IT market, including talent pools, compensation benchmarks, sourcing channels, and key competitors.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, niche tech communities, referral networks, and local job boards.
- English (at least B2), Ukrainian or Russian - fluent.
- Based in Belgrade / or ready to relocate to Belgrade and willing to work fully on-site.
