Що робити

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles in Serbia.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the Serbian IT market.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring developers and other technical professionals.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Serbian IT market, including talent pools, compensation benchmarks, sourcing channels, and key competitors.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, niche tech communities, referral networks, and local job boards.
  • English (at least B2), Ukrainian or Russian - fluent.
  • Based in Belgrade / or ready to relocate to Belgrade and willing to work fully on-site.
