Що робити
- Create and support the company’s information security policies.
- Maintain internal IT infrastructure requirements, including laptop/desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and security updates. Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices related to privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Administer Microsoft products, MDM solutions, and Atlassian products.
- Ensure proper security of user workstations (laptops), including security policies and identity management. Perform regular security testing and monitoring of user workstations.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in system administration
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of server virtualisation and virtual desktop technologies
- Experience with Microsoft products, MDM solutions, Atlassian products, and Google Workspace administration/support.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including OSI layers and TCP/IP
