Що робити
- Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for end users through established processes and procedures (Helpdesk)
- Setup and maintain hardware and software
- Work together with the team and external parties in troubleshooting/resolving outages and other incidents to ensure performance and stability
- Maintain technical documentation
- Proactively deal with monitoring alerts
Що очікуємо
- Working experience as a System Administrator or Helpdesk Level 1 Support
- Strong administration/supporting experience of Linux/Unix/Windows OS, environment applications and services
- Security and encryption fundamentals (SSL/TLS, SSH)
- Experience with backup systems, VPN solutions
- Basic knowledge of at least one monitoring solution (New Relic, Zabbix or similar)
