We’re currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented System Administrator to help us manage our continuous delivery processes and ensure smooth and reliable system operations. If you have little or no commercial experience in this field but possess a strong technical background, solid foundational knowledge, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills, we are ready to invest in your professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
Work with licenses, users, and user accounts in the company corporate infrastructure.
Manage repositories and vaults.
Work with updates on the corporate on premise infrastructure.
Deal with other system administration tasks on demand.
What We Expect:
Solid knowledge of Linux and macOS administration and configuration.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols.
Understanding of software license and secrets management.
Basic system administration skills, including user, log, file system, disk, process, and package management.
Experience managing on-premises Linux-based infrastructure.
Familiarity with web servers such as Nginx, Apache, HAProxy, and Traefik.
Understanding of server-side runtimes and interpreters, including PHP, Python, and Node.js.
Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Apache Solr, and Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and GitHub.
Understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, particularly Proxmox.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and DigitalOcean.
Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, patch management, and network security fundamentals.
Skills in scripting in Bash / Python.
English: B1+ (ability to read and understand technical documentation).
Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, focused on delivering business value and ensuring client satisfaction rather than simply following processes.
Strong critical thinking, root cause analysis, time management, and prioritization skills.
Strong user support and communication skills with empathy and a customer-oriented mindset.
