Що робити
- Server Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain remote servers (Windows Server environments).
- Deployment Management: Execute smooth releases, deployments, and updates across environments.
- L3 Troubleshooting & Client Support: Analyze system and application logs to diagnose and resolve issues when our software fails to install or function correctly on the client’s end.
- Integrations & Technical Documentation: Review and analyze technical documentation (APIs, protocols) to integrate third-party services into our product and connect our solution into client ecosystems.
Що очікуємо
- Strong background in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, PowerShell, Apache, network settings).
- Hands-on experience with log analysis (Event Viewer, application log files) for effective root-cause troubleshooting.
- Experience with application deployment processes and automation scripts.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation (REST/SOAP APIs, Swagger, SDKs).
- Solid problem-solving skills and a structured approach to technical issues.
Що пропонуємо
- Basic database knowledge (SQL) for running diagnostic queries.
- Fluent technical English (B2+ level for reading and written communication).
