Що робити
- Identify UX friction points and conversion opportunities using user research and analytics.
- Design user interfaces and user flows that improve conversion and other key business metrics.
- Create UI variations for A/B tests and optimization experiments based on validated hypotheses.
- Collaborate with Growth PMs, CRO Strategist, UX Researcher, Analyst, Data Engineer, Developer, and QA Engineer throughout the experimentation process.
- Present and defend design decisions using research, data, and UX best practices.
Що очікуємо
- Proven ability to formulate and defend professional UX/UI decisions based on quantitative and qualitative user data, not subjective preferences.
- At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and modern UI trends.
- Experience working with eCommerce project.
