Що робити
- Investigate and resolve client escalations beyond first-line support capabilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, from requirements gathering to implementation and stakeholder feedback
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices supporting reporting, integrations, and core product workflows
- Work within a mature codebase, refactoring and improving existing components to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Act as R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives, leading grooming, requirements definition, implementation, and review
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or GCP, including deployment and infrastructure management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions
