Що робити

Loyalty Program
Own and develop the sportsbook loyalty program.
Design loyalty mechanics, levels, rewards, and progression.
Analyze program performance and implement improvements based on data.
Ensure seamless integration between loyalty initiatives and gamification mechanics.

Що очікуємо

2+ years of experience in CRM or Retention within the iGaming industry.
Hands-on Sportsbook retention experience is mandatory.
Proven experience launching end-to-end retention campaigns.
Practical experience with CRM platforms such as:
Smartico (strong advantage);

Що пропонуємо

Experience working with the Indian market.
Understanding of cricket audiences and the IPL ecosystem.
Experience launching or improving loyalty programs.
Hands-on experience with gamification modules (missions, tournaments, leaderboards).
Understanding of Responsible Gaming principles.
