Solution Lead (Europe)

Що робити

• Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define practical technical solutions, with support from a Solution Architect. Ensure solutions meet project needs and integrate with existing systems and platforms.
• Technical Scoping & Estimation: Define technical scope, prepare effort estimates, and plan implementation. Assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and explain technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Technical Consulting: Be the project’s main technical contact and explain complex topics in terms non-technical stakeholders can understand. Run solution demos, gather feedback, and adjust solutions as needed.
• Technical Delivery: Lead the engineering team through implementation, resolve technical blockers, and review code and implementation decisions. Contribute to coding, prototypes, and proofs of concept when needed, and validate solutions against business needs and technical requirements.
• Client Satisfaction: Keep client needs and experience at the center of technical decisions, and bring the client’s perspective into team discussions and planning.
