• 2–4 years in social media / content / community at a US-facing product company: in-house, not agency or outsourcing. You owned a brand, you didn’t execute someone else’s brief.
• Native or near-native English: you write for a US audience with cultural fluency and a real voice. This is a writing role in English; there is no localization step and no editor behind you.
• A portfolio of live accounts you personally ran, from strategy through publishing. With numbers, and with an honest account of what didn’t work.
• Full-cycle execution: idea → copy → visual → publish → analyze, done by you, without handoffs.
• Instagram as your core surface: Reels, carousels, Stories, and the direct-message layer underneath them.
