We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to help grow our brand presence across the crypto ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who understands crypto audiences, and knows how to build engaged communities across multiple platforms.
You’ll be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, growing our communities, managing content distribution, and launching campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement. What You’ll Own
Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored to the crypto/Web3 audience.
Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Hacker News, and Substack.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media channels.
Build, engage, and nurture active communities while maintaining consistent communication with users.
Drive community growth through organic initiatives and engagement campaigns.
Launch, optimize, and analyze paid social media campaigns.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging conversations within the crypto ecosystem.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
Track social media performance, prepare reports, and continuously optimize content based on analytics.
Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For
1+ commercial experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 industry is mandatory.
Proven experience managing crypto-focused social media accounts and communities.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Hacker News, and Substack.
Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including blockchain, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, and current industry trends.
Experience planning and publishing content across multiple channels.
Experience launching and managing paid social media campaigns.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
