Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously analyze market trends and competitors (crypto, blockchain, finance, IT), identifying opportunities for timely and engaging content.
Content Execution and Publication: Generate content ideas, develop new content formats, and create viral and trend-driven posts — from planning to publishing and distribution.
Social Activations & Partnerships: Lead social campaigns (giveaways, AMAs) and manage collaborations with communities, influencers, and KOLs.
Cross-Platform SMM: Own the growth, engagement, and content distribution across key social channels, including X (Twitter), Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
Reddit Community Management: Manage Reddit communities by participating in discussions, developing native content, and growing engagement through both existing and newly established accounts.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an SMM.
Social Media Experience: Proven track record with Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
Domain: +1 years in blockchain or cryptocurrency products.
Community management engagement: Proven skills in building and maintaining engaged social media communities.
Languages: English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Social Media Channels: Experience with social platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Binance Square, CMC Community, and other Web3-oriented networks;
Technical skills: Basic skills in video editing or motion design.
