About the Company

Celtara is a fast-growing portfolio of Health & Wellness e-commerce brands operating in the U.S. market.

Our brands focus on subscription-based nutritional products designed to support gut health, immunity, metabolic wellness, and overall well-being.

As we scale multiple DTC brands, we are looking for a highly technical Shopify specialist who can own not only store operations, but also the ecommerce systems, integrations, tracking infrastructure, subscriptions, analytics, and troubleshooting required to support sustainable growth.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who understands the entire ecommerce ecosystem around Shopify and can confidently work across subscriptions, tracking, analytics, integrations, checkout customization, retention systems, and operational troubleshooting.

You will work closely with the Brand CMO, marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure our stores operate efficiently and our data remains accurate and actionable.

Core Responsibilities

Shopify Operations

Manage Shopify store configurations, products, collections, discounts, metafields, and Shopify Markets

Support Shopify Plus functionality and checkout customization

Troubleshoot store issues and improve operational workflows

Subscription & Retention

Manage and optimize Recharge subscriptions

Support failed payment recovery, cancellations, skips, swaps, and retention workflows

Monitor subscription performance, retention metrics, and customer lifetime value (LTV)

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

Validate and troubleshoot ecommerce tracking across Shopify, Meta, Google, and attribution platforms

Investigate data discrepancies and event tracking issues

Monitor customer acquisition performance, retention metrics, and LTV trends

Support reporting and KPI analysis

Ecommerce Systems & Integrations

Maintain integrations between Shopify and platforms such as Recharge, Klaviyo, review tools, loyalty systems, and other ecommerce applications

Configure and troubleshoot automations, workflows, and webhooks

CRO & Technical Maintenance

Support A/B testing initiatives

Improve checkout performance and customer experience

Maintain store stability, integrations, and technical infrastructure

Documentation & Process Improvement

Create and maintain SOPs

Document technical solutions and operational processes

Improve operational consistency across brands

Required Experience

Shopify

Shopify Plus

Shopify Admin

Metafields

Shopify Flow

Liquid

HTML / CSS / JavaScript

Shopify APIs (GraphQL / Admin API)

Subscription & Retention

Recharge (required)

Experience working with subscription-based businesses

Understanding of retention metrics and LTV

Tracking & Analytics

Experience with several of the following:

Elevar

Triple Whale

Hyros

GA4

GTM

Microsoft Clarity

Hotjar

Server-Side Tracking

Experience with:

Meta CAPI

Server-side tracking

Event validation

Event deduplication

Ecommerce Systems

Experience with several of the following:

Octane AI

Judge.me

Yotpo

Rivo

Loyalty platforms

Technical Troubleshooting

Ability to independently diagnose and resolve:

Tracking issues

Subscription issues

Checkout issues

Integration failures

Data discrepancies

Nice to Have

BigQuery, SQL, or Google Cloud experience

Marketplace integrations

Chargeflow or NoFraud

Affiliate platforms (GOAFFPRO, Levanta)

Health & Wellness ecommerce experience
