- You will be a key contributor in adapting and deploying our CRM platform onto ServiceNow, focusing on the following core areas:
- 1. ⚛️ React & ServiceNow Workspace Integration
- Integrate and optimize the CRM Client—a modern React application—directly into ServiceNow Workspaces.
- Utilize the ServiceNow UX Framework (Seismic), custom components, or portal integrations to deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience.
- Ensure responsive layouts and native-feeling UI alignment with ServiceNow's design guidelines.
Що очікуємо
- ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development (Certified Application Developer / System Administrator preferred).
- Modern Frontend Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience embedding custom React apps within ServiceNow.
- Security & Auth: Deep understanding of ServiceNow security architecture, including ACLs, session management, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and CORS configurations.
- AI & Automation Mindset: Openness to and experience with AI-assisted software development (e.g., using LLMs, Copilots, or custom AI agents to accelerate coding and scripting).
- Integration Capabilities: Proven track record of configuring REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and mid-server architectures.
