Senior UX/UI Designer (Product)

Your mission is to craft a flawless, intuitive, and visually compelling experience for a complex B2B ecosystem encompassing three distinct user personas: enterprise clients, IT experts, and recruiters. You will oversee the entire design lifecycle—from conducting deep UX research, user interviews, and funnel analysis, to creating high-fidelity prototypes and handing them off seamlessly to development. A key part of your role will be evolving and maintaining our scalable Design System in Figma to ensure consistency across the entire platform. By blending data-informed decision-making with a keen aesthetic sense, you will solve intricate workflow challenges (like onboarding friction, complex matching interfaces, and contracting flows) and elevate the overall product feel. DelegateWise is a GDPR-native talent network that connects the three sides of the European IT market: companies, experts, and recruiters.
