Position Overview
Design
Define and evolve the website's overall visual language, design system, and component library.
Develop and maintain design guidelines that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, leadership) to translate business goals into user-centered experiences.
Implementation
Create functional, responsive web pages using Lovable, ensuring pixel-level fidelity to design specs.
Implement mobile-first layouts that perform well across devices and browsers.
Integrate third-party tools and services (analytics, forms, CMS, marketing platforms) as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve visual, layout, or interaction issues that arise during and after development.
Content & Optimization
Update content, imagery, and layouts based on business requirements.
Identify opportunities for improvement in UX and performance.
Monitor analytics and user feedback to prioritize iterative enhancements.
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products or websites.
Hands-on experience building or maintaining websites on the Lovable platform (or demonstrated ability to rapidly adopt similar no-code/AI-assisted builders).
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, or equivalent, including component libraries and prototyping.
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles, including grid systems, breakpoints, and fluid layouts.
Excellent visual design skills: typography, color theory, spacing, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
Experience conducting or participating in user research and translating insights into design decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a self-directed manner.
