- Experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend on Bing specifically, with clear ROI accountability
- Proven track record scaling Bing volumes profitably — growing the channel, not just maintaining it
- Experience driving subscriptions through web funnels (web-to-web) for D2C products (optional)
- Deep Microsoft Advertising platform knowledge: account structures, keyword strategy, bidding, and audience targeting
