Що робити
- Shape products from the early stages — from discovery and problem definition through concepts, MVPs, and further iterations.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand their business, users, and market challenges.
- Lead or contribute to discovery workshops, interviews, and presales activities, turning conversations into clear product and design directions.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy products — dashboards, analytics, tables, workflows, and information-rich interfaces in the fintech domain.
- Translate complex functionality into simple and understandable user experiences.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of commercial UI/UX design experience, ideally across web and mobile products.
- Experience working with startups or early-stage products, including taking ideas from concept to MVP.
- Strong experience in product discovery and the ability to move beyond predefined requirements.
- Hands-on experience with presales, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering.
- Ability to identify the underlying business or user problem rather than simply execute a requested feature.
