Our Customer:
A technology company developing digital products with a strong focus on usability, visual quality, and user-centered experiences. You’ll join a collaborative product team and work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn product requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.
Your tasks:
Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products
Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually engaging experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research, and product data
Present design concepts and decisions to product and technical stakeholders
Required experience and skills:
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
Advanced experience with Figma or similar design tools
Solid understanding of responsive design principles
Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks from concept to final implementation
Would be a plus:
Experience with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of frontend development
Experience working with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
