Що робити
- Manage capital, liquidity, collateral, and funding for the Trading Desk.
- Plan and forecast capital requirements and liquidity buffers.
- Allocate capital across strategies, venues, and counterparties.
- Manage borrow/lending/credit capacity and optimize funding costs.
- Monitor margin headroom, collateral utilization, and concentration.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital/Liquidity Management, Markets Operations, or a related function within trading, market-making, crypto, broker-dealer, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of capital allocation, liquidity management, collateral/margin, borrow/lending, credit lines, and funding.
- Experience working with exchanges, brokers, banks, custodians, and funding counterparties.
- Experience with liquidity forecasting, stress scenarios, and capital/liquidity buffers.
