Develop and implement field testing methodologies, validation procedures, and acceptance criteria for autonomous robotic systems and their mechanical and control subsystems.
Plan, organize, and conduct internal, field and operational tests for unmanned ground platforms.
Analyze, document, and systematize testing results, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations as for both mechanical and control subsystems.
Participate in the development, evaluation, and implementation of new technical solutions aimed at improving overall system performance and reliability.
Collaborate closely with the overall company`s teams to ensure efficient validation and integration of new features and improvements.

Technical education in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or related fields as well as background in robotics will be a plus.
Strong experience in developing testing methodologies and validation processes for complex both mechanical and control systems is a mast.
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuit faults is a must.
Experience in technical documentation creating, structured analysis, and reporting of test results.
Proven experience in organizing and conducting of technical trainings for direct users.
