Що робити
- ● Orchestrate global delivery across follow-the-sun hubs, aligning execution across multiple workstreams, managing cross-regional dependencies, and ensuring transparent reporting;
- ● Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless execution;
- ● Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;
- ● Drive stakeholder expectations and align deliverables on rapid, short-horizon timelines;
- ● Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot technical program blockers, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks;
Що очікуємо
- ● Strong leadership and communication skills;
- ● Ability to independently manage, coach, and align cross-functional global teams without oversight;
- ● 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs;
- ● Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM (Security Controls Posture Management) controls;
- ● Solid experience with Vulnerability Management Lifecycles, with strong expertise on the remediation side;
