Own and manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments, while maintaining a strong active hiring pipeline
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and build effective recruitment strategies
Proactively identify gaps in current recruitment processes and drive automation and process improvements: from sourcing workflows to reporting and AI tools
Ensure a smooth, engaging, and well-structured candidate experience end-to-end

5+ years of experience in recruitment, including senior & top-level full-cycle hiring and headhunting
Experience working in a product IT company
Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates at all levels across various departments, including Sales, Marketing and Engineering
Strong technical fluency: comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems, automating workflows, and adopting new recruitment tools and AI-driven sourcing solutions
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset: genuinely interested in improving and scaling recruitment processes, not just executing them
