Location: Remote
Your expertise:
5+ years of backend engineering experience with C# and .NET
Strong knowledge of .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and C# 12
Experience building and maintaining microservices
Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core
Experience with Redis caching
Ability to own features end-to-end — from design to production — with minimal supervision
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher, with confident written and spoken communication for a fully distributed, English-only team
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience with shared infrastructure libraries (health checks, rate limiting, internal RPC)
AWS (S3), LocalStack, Docker / docker-compose
JWT Bearer and Google Auth
CI / CD: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory NuGet feeds
Experience with real-time or secure communication systems
Startup or early-stage product experience

Build and own backend services for Thunderbolt end-to-end — designing, implementing, and operating microservices on the internal service platform, from design and implementation through release and maintenance
Take responsibility for code quality, architecture, and the overall health of the backend codebase
Proactively propose and drive improvements rather than waiting for direction, and collaborate closely with Mobile, Web, and UX to ship a cohesive product
