Що робити
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and Platform solutions
- Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management (SLM) processes
- Develop scalable platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Analyze existing ServiceNow configurations, identify technical debt, and implement sustainable improvements
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLM)
- Solid experience with ServiceNow Platform development
- Strong JavaScript scripting skills within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions
