Що робити
- 1) Leadership, Mentorship, Scrum Facilitation and Coaching:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, review, retrospective) for two teams — Finance and HR — on a bi-weekly sprint cadence
- Guide Product Owners and engineers on Agile best practices while adapting to Waterfall requirements for select projects
- Identify and remove risks or blockers to keep delivery on track across both teams.
- 2) Strategic Planning:
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on leading multiple teams.
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and advanced Scrum practices, plus working knowledge of Waterfall project management.
- User-level working knowledge of the Workday applica
