Data Access Layer (DAL) Design: Architect the secure gateway that sits between AI Agents and the SAP Core. Design robust OData services and APIs that allow agents to "read" live financial data and "write" transactions (e.g., posting invoices, updating PRs) with zero risk of corruption using BTP and other SAP integration tools for S4, Ariba and SF.
API Strategy: Lead the "Build vs. Buy" technical assessment for integration tools
Workflow Orchestration: Map complex business processes (e.g., "Procure-to-Pay," "Record-to-Report") into discrete, machine-executable "Skills" that an AI agent can trigger via the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Module-Specific Engineering (Structures, integration methods and flows understanding for SAP to Non-SAP env. integrations)
Finance & Control (FICO): Configure and expose deep data structures within S/4HANA to power the "Controllership Agent" and "Treasury Agent," ensuring real-time visibility into cash positions and reconciliation logic.

Core SAP Stack: Expert-level knowledge in integration of SAP S/4HANA on-prem, SAP Ariba, SF.
Proficiency in SAP Integration Design and Deploy utilizing BTP CPI, OData services, external APIs, other techniques to build connections of SAP with external systems or SAP to SAP native integrations.
Strong command of ABAP, CDS Views, and HANA SQLScript.
Technical depth in at least two of the following core modules structures for: FI/CO (Finance), MM (Materials Mgmt), or Ariba (Procurement).
Familiarity with exposing SAP logic to non-SAP environments (Python/Node.js) and understanding of RESTful API design principles.

Proficiency in SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) and overall ABAP OOP
Experience extracting data for external Data Lakes (e.g., via SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA).
