• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for each position.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct CV screening, HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes with Hiring Managers.
• Manage up to 10 active vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of hire and an excellent candidate experience.
