- Being responsible for full recruitment processes
- Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates

- Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
- Working with Ukrainian and foreign IT labor markets
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within technology companies or product/service IT environments
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication
- Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build sourcing strategies, use multiple channels, and develop diverse candidate pipelines
- Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing clear, structured feedback to stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process optimization
