Що робити

Partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects to understand product functionality, technical design, customer workflows, and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality is built into every stage of SDLC.
Define and execute a product quality strategy that aligns with business priorities, engineering practices, and release objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI layers, applying the appropriate level of testing based on product risk and architecture.
Champion the concept of a right-sized test pyramid by driving quality through the most effective mix of unit, service, integration, and end-to-end tests rather than relying heavily on UI automation.
Collaborate with development teams to understand code changes, code coverage, and application architecture to determine where automated tests provide the greatest value.

Що очікуємо

4+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or automation roles.
Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, Postman, or similar).
Ability to read, write, or debug test code or scripts (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#).
Understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous-testing concepts.
