We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade solutions. This is a key engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, designing scalable systems, and taking ownership of features from concept through deployment. You will work closely with clients architects/techleads, product owners, QA engineers, and fellow developers to build reliable, high-performance solutions used in real business operations.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Ensure high standards of quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to performance optimization, reliability improvements, and technical debt reduction.
Technical Requirements Core Technologies
Strong expertise in Python (3.10+) with a focus on asynchronous programming (asyncio).
Hands-on experience with FastAPI and aiohttp.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy (async engines/sessions).
Experience with Alembic for database migrations.
Experience working with asynchronous task queues such as ARQ and/or Celery.
Solid understanding of Redis for caching, session management, and background processing. Cloud & Infrastructure
Practical experience with AWS services, including ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and Cognito.
Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
Architecture & Engineering Practices
Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience implementing concepts such as idempotency, Outbox Pattern, and Event Sourcing.
Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using Pytest and pytest-asyncio.
Familiarity with modern development tooling, code quality standards, and security best practices.
