- Own end-to-end delivery of product and tech initiatives from planning to release
- Create and maintain a roadmap for multiple projects and scrum teams, track dependencies
- Proactively identify delivery risks and facilitate mitigation plans with stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Owners to support effective, outcome-focused project execution
- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies across teams, promote Agile best practices
Що очікуємо
- 5-7 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Agile environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of system architecture, high-level technical design, API integrations
- Experience in effectively managing multiple projects in parallel, and dependencies between them
- Hands-on experience in planning projects that span across multiple business units within the org
