Що робити
- Own end-to-end delivery of the AI platform roadmap for a small engineering team (1 Lead + 3 Developers), ensuring predictable, on-time, and in-scope execution
- Plan and maintain roadmaps, milestones, release plans, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track velocity, progress, and delivery health
- Maintain a single source of truth (“Project Brain”) in Confluence, capturing decisions, risks, dependencies, and status updates
- Manage Jira delivery board, proactively identifying blockers, risks, and at-risk items
Що очікуємо
- 8+ years of experience in software project/program management
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud environments (AWS)
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, automation, or tooling
