• Participate in early-stage presales and discovery calls with insurance and reinsurance prospects.
• Analyze client business problems, workflows, and desired outcomes, asking targeted questions to uncover actual business needs.
• Assess product fit and determine whether client needs can be addressed through the existing product, configuration, customization, reusable product extension, or require custom development.
• Map client needs against existing product capabilities, identify gaps, and define high-level customization scope for estimation and proposals.
• Support Sales and Presales teams in positioning the product around the client’s business problem and demonstrating solution fit.
